Glen Pugh

Chief Operations Officer/Ambassador (Texas)

Glen is a retired Aircraft Armament Systems Specialist who left the military in 2018 and lives in Abilene, Texas. During his time in the Air Force he held multiple jobs that put him in a position to help others. He served as a Technical Training Instructor and First Sergeant dealing with a myriad of personal issues with his troops. He has a heart to serve and was able to continue serving in the civilian sector. He has worked as a case worker for a U.S. Congressman and currently works part time for a Texas State Senator. Recently, he’s been appointed as the TCRMI Chief Operating Officer as part of the organization’s board of directors and named as a Rescue mission Ambassador for Texas. Glen is a 30-year Active Duty Air Force veteran, with an extensive background in aircraft maintenance and personnel management. First and foremost though, he’s a husband and father, a proud father to 3 children and grandfather of four. Glen also serves on the Board of Directors for a local domestic violence shelter and as a victim advocate for a local crisis center. He is continually looking for ways to help others just like others helped him get through tough times in his personal and professional life. Glen is devoted to the mission of TCRMI and looking forward to helping “end isolation and suicide one life at a time.”
